Matthew 11:28-29   Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden and overburdened, and I will cause you to rest [ I will ease and relieve and refresh your souls.] Take my yoke upon you and learn of Me, for I am gentle(meek) and humble (lowly) in heart, and you will find rest ( relief, and ease and refreshment and recreation and blessed quiet) for your souls.

Ephesians 5:15-16   Look carefully then how you walk! Live purposefully and worthily and accurately, not as the unwise and witless, but as wise (sensible, intelligent people). Making the very most of the time [buying up each opportunity], because the days are evil.

Matthew 24:42   Watch, therefore [ give strict attention, be cautious and active], for you do not know in what kind of a day [ whether a near or remote one] your Lord is coming.

I Peter 3:1-3   Beloved, I now write to you this second epistle (in both of which I stir up your pure minds by way of reminder that you may be mindful of the words spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us, the apostles of the Lord and Savior, knowing this first: that scoffers will come in the last days, walking according to their own lusts and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? Psalm 1:1-2   Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scornful, but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night.

Matthew 24:37-39   But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day Noah entered the ark, and did not know until the flood came and took them all away, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be.

Psalm 73:18-19   Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, who only does wondrous things! And blessed be His glorious name forever! And let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen and Amen.

Psalm 71:4-5   Deliver me, O God, out of the hand of the wicked, out of the hand of the unrighteous and cruel man. For You are my hope, O Lord God. You are my trust from my youth.

Psalm 31:23-24   O, love the Lord, all you His saints! For the Lord preserves the faithful and fully repays the proud person. Be of good courage and He shall strengthen your heart, all you who hope in the Lord.

Psalm 150:1,6   Praise the Lord! Praise God in His sanctuary; Praise Him in His mighty firmament! Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.

Jeremiah 31:3   The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you.
